As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within a designated geographical area. You will be tasked with developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and conducting market research to understand customer needs and preferences will also be key aspects of your role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong understanding of the industry and market trends, as well as experience in territory management, will be advantageous. Job Description

- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives within assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay informed on industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and execution of sales strategies
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and market trends
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company products
- Travel within assigned territory to meet with clients and prospects
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments to effectively sell company products.

Location : Mumbai ( specifically the candidates must be from nearby area of goregaon to virar)

Salary : 7 lpa fixed + 3 lpa variable

Experience : max 1 yr

Language: The candidates must be well aware of english, hindi and Marathi language
