- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs
- Provide information about our services and products to prospective clients
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for number of calls made and leads generated
- Maintain accurate records of all communications with clients in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales goals
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
