Job Description

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services
- Generate leads and set up appointments for our sales team
- Follow up with customers via phone calls and emails to answer any queries
- Maintain a database of customer information and call logs
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients
- Keep abreast of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective calling strategies
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling calls
- Work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
