Job Description

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the services offered by Plenway Global Services Pvt. Ltd.
- Provide information about the product, answer questions, and address any concerns customers may have.
- Update customer information in the database during and after each call.
- Follow up with customers who have shown interest in the services to ensure customer satisfaction and close the sale.
- Meet daily and weekly call quotas to contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify leads and potential opportunities for growth.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge to increase effectiveness in selling services.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to coordinate efforts and achieve sales targets.
- Work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment to drive results and achieve personal and team goals.

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 a month
