- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients
- Schedule appointments for our sales team
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and interactions
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume and sales
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Contribute to the overall success of the team and company by achieving individual goals.
