Job Description:
We are seeking highly skilled Technical Engineers to join our team. As a Technical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the installation and servicing of IoT controllers designed for Irrigation Automation and Fertigation systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Installation of IoT controllers at customer sites, ensuring proper setup and connectivity.
- Conducting routine maintenance and servicing of IoT controllers to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborating with the technical support team to address customer inquiries and resolve concerns.
- Providing on-site training and support to customers on the operation of IoT controllers.
- Documenting installation and service activities accurately.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in technical installations and servicing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
