Job Description

• Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven track record in achieving sales targets. • Ability to motivate and inspire team members. • Experience in building and scaling a sales team is preferred. Responsibilities: • Manage the day-to-day activities of the team and monitor their performance. • Guide and coach tele-callers to achieve and improve their performance. • Delegate tasks effectively to team members. • Set goals for the team and provide regular feedback and coaching on sales practices. • Empower team members by enhancing their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills. • Ensure the team meets daily sales targets. • Build and scale the sales team as required. • Motivate the team to achieve both team and organizational goals. • Develop and implement timelines to achieve targets. • Conduct or facilitate training sessions to maximize the potential of team members.
