Job Description
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs, campus recruiting, and other recruitment events
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness of strategies
- Maintain a strong network of potential candidates through social media and professional networking
- Collaborate with HR team on other talent management initiatives and projects.
