- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures
- Document daily activities and incidents
- Coordinate with law enforcement as necessary
- Maintain a high level of alertness and concentration while monitoring multiple feeds
- Respond to alarms and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
