Job Description
- Lead and manage all aspects of the retail store
- Responsible for achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure the store maintains high standards of customer service and visual merchandising
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates
- Develop and implement strategies to drive store traffic and enhance customer experience
- Conduct regular inventory management and ordering of products
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with head office on marketing initiatives and promotions.
