About the Role
We’re looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer with 1+ years of hands-on experience to join our core engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to take ownership, work across the stack, and grow in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
You’ll be working directly on live enterprise projects and subscription accounts that Samaaro owns, helping us deliver real value to customers in real-time. You’ll collaborate closely with senior developers, designers, and the product team to build and ship features that power events for global brands.
What You’ll Own
1. Product Engineering
- Build and deploy features across the stack using EJS (frontend), Node.js (backend), and MongoDB (database)
- Work on live projects and subscription accounts used by our enterprise clients
- Collaborate with the product and design teams to implement efficient, scalable, and user-friendly solutions
2. Architecture & System Design
- Contribute to architectural discussions, database design, and feature scoping
- Break down large problems into scalable modules and clean components
3. DevOps & Performance
- Work with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and production deployments
- Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and ensure high availability
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with QA, design, and customer success teams for fast feedback loops
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and product brainstorming
5. Innovation & Ownership
- Take ownership of modules from design to deployment
- Stay up-to-date with emerging tech, frameworks, and best practices
Desired Candidature
- 1+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Strong in JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, and React.js
- Experience with MongoDB, REST APIs, and microservices
- Comfortable working with Git, CI/CD, and AWS or any cloud platform
- Solid understanding of data structures, security, and scalability
- A builder mindset: proactive, collaborative, and outcome-driven
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with WebSockets, Redis, or real-time systems
- Familiarity with TypeScript, Docker, or Kubernetes
- Exposure to analytics, AI/ML, or SaaS-based products
