Salary Range: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 Per Annum

The Opportunity
We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to lead the digital voice of Leader and Kidsmate. This is an exciting opportunity for a storyteller who can leverage social media trends to build a community, drive sales, and manage partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Content Strategy: Develop and manage a monthly content calendar that promotes brand growth and user engagement.
- Meta Platform Mastery: Utilize the full potential of Meta features—including Reels, Stories, Shopping Tags, Broadcast Channels, and Remixes—to maximize organic reach.
- Creator & Influencer Management: actively scout, contact, and collaborate with new creators and influencers to drive fresh engagement and expand brand visibility.
- Viral Campaign Execution: Brainstorm and execute creative post ideas that capitalize on current trends (audio/visual) to increase brand virality.
- Community Building: Engage with our audience through comments and direct messages to foster a loyal customer base.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics to identify successful strategies and areas for improvement.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Social Media Management.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms and features.
- Creativity: A knack for visual storytelling and creating "scroll-stopping" content.
- Location: Must be based in Ludhiana or open to relocate (This is an on-site role).
