Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing projects across various channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables to Clients
- Allocate resources and manage project teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Assign Job roles and resposibilities of Team Leads of different departments.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and discuss with the teams
- Prepare and present performance reports to clients at the time of project deadline.
- Communicate effectively with clients on chat and call on different platforms Upwork, PPH, Guru, Direct, Slack, Skype, Mail or Whatsapp.
- Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Manage overall company projects and assign to Leaders according to the hrs utilization.
- Manage projects budget and strategies according to the Goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
