About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Video Editor to lead and execute high-quality video production projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong storytelling skills, technical expertise, and innovative editing techniques to enhance brand communication across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end video editing across multiple projects
-
Act as a Quality & Creativity Controller to ensure high production standards

Review, refine, and enhance video edits for consistency, storytelling, and brand alignment
-
Mentor and guide junior video editors to improve their technical and creative capabilities
-
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce engaging and impactful video content
-
Develop and implement efficient editing workflows and systems
-
Utilize and integrate AI tools to optimize video editing processes
-
Ensure timely delivery of all projects without compromising quality
Required Experience
-
3 to 4 years of professional experience in video editing
-
Experience working with brands, agencies, or digital marketing teams
-
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse and creative video projects
Mandatory Skills

Expertise in video editing tools:

Adobe Premiere Pro

Adobe After Effects

DaVinci Resolve (or similar tools)

Strong understanding of:
