Ideal fit would be from SAAS B2B Background with around 5 years of experience
Responsibilities:
Product Vision and Strategy:
- Help define the long-term vision of the product and set the strategy to reach that vision.
- Design a roadmap that will drive business results in alignment with the product’s vision.
- Lead, guide and mentor your product and design team.
- Partner with client and user-facing teams to gather feedback and insights and use that feedback to inform product development decisions
- Plan and execute user research including user interviews
- Define and track KPIs for product success.
Feature Conception:
- Develop a deep understanding of customer's pain points and challenges.
- Identify the best solutions to address these challenges.
- Own the conceptualization and definition of solutions, translating them into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Manage cross-functional collaboration between the product, tech team, and other stakeholders to refine and validate the concepts.
Client Communication:
- Understand and analyze client requirements in detail. Design a solution that meets the client's requirements, fits the product's long-term vision and company resources.
- Regularly connect with clients to gather feedback and improve the launched features.
Product Delivery:
- Own and coordinate the end-to-end feature delivery process.
- Execute the roadmap at the highest velocity and maximize exceptional quality.
- Act as point of contact for feature delivery questions toward internal stakeholders, customer success team, customer support team & customers.
- Implement iterative improvements based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
External Communication:
- Collaborate with external vendors on requirements definition and product integrations
- Liaise between the internal team, external vendors and stakeholders to ensure clear communication of product requirements and provide product subject matter expertise to the internal team
What We’re Looking For:
- Technical Expertise: Proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2B software products, with a strong understanding of SaaS products
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of 2 experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Passion for Innovation: A forward-thinker, excited about creating future-focused solutions for the social impact sector.
General requirements:
- Excellent communication in English (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Strong independent product ownership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication abilities to align with clients and convey information quickly & effectively.
- Exceptional skills in converting high-level ideas into detailed, implementation-ready specifications.
- Experience working in B2B and/or SaaS Product Management.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with a proactive and results-driven working style.
- Demonstrated data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development best practices.
Nice to have:
- Experience leading entire product in a product-based software company
- Experience working as a software engineer.
- Experience with B2B pre-sales.
- Experience working with API integrations
