Job Description
We are hiring for Senior Executive / Assistant Manager/ Manager - Ad Sales (Depending on Candidate experience).
Industry Preference: Priority – OOH Industry B2B Sales or preferred Media Ads Sales Background (Print, TV or Radio)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with the prospective clients
- Identify New business opportunities
- Retain & grow existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline on weekly basis
- Preparing for weekly Sales review meetings
- Analyse market and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
- Negotiate & close business deals
- Handling day-to-day Sales Operations.
- Handling outstanding & collections with clients and agencies
Desired Candidate Profile:
- The ideal candidate should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
- Should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel & PPT is a must.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Speaking fluency in English & Local languages
- Written fluency in English language
- Should possess good Business communications skills
- Passion for building a career in sales field
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years (Media Ads Sales background preferred).
