- Review and analyze billing data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Resolve any billing discrepancies or issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency
- Provide support and training to junior billing staff
- Generate monthly financial reports and assist with budget forecasting
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in billing and invoicing
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and address any billing-related concerns promptly
- Participate in meetings with senior management to provide updates on billing activities and performance.
