Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for an Agri-sales Officer. The Agri-sales Officer will be entrusted with overseeing sales operations in the agricultural sector, achieving sales targets, and devising strategies to bolster revenue streams. They will actively scout for new business opportunities within the agricultural domain, domestically and internationally, and collaborate with various teams to streamline sales efforts and implement impactful programs. This role entails extensive travel to both domestic and international locations to foster relationships and explore market potential in the agricultural sector.
In addition to managing sales operations, the Agri-sales Officer will need to possess a deep understanding of agricultural products, market trends, and customer needs. They should be adept at building and nurturing client relationships within the agricultural community, while also staying updated on industry regulations and technological advancements that could influence sales strategies. Effective communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a passion for agriculture, will be instrumental in driving success in this role.
