- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Identify new business opportunities and create plans to penetrate new markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
- Train and onboard new sales team members
- Analyze sales data and generate reports on sales performance
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to drive sales growth
- Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors
- Travel to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and conduct sales meetings.
