Salary (CTC)
- Sales Manager: ₹1.8–4.0 LPA + Incentives
- Senior Sales Manager: ₹4.8–7.2 LPA + Incentives
Role Overview
Altus Corp is a Business Consulting and Productivity Consulting firm that helps MSMEs improve growth through consulting, systems, execution, and business transformation.
We are looking for consultative sales professionals who can generate qualified leads, build strong relationships with business owners, present business consulting solutions, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, consultative selling, and relationship management skills while driving business growth through structured sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Schedule appointments and orientation sessions with prospective clients.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations and present business consulting solutions.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Follow up with prospects for conversions and pending payments.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation initiatives.
- Generate referrals from existing clients.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and daily activity updates.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Graduate is mandatory.
- MBA in Sales is preferred.
- Sales Manager: 0–2 years of experience (exceptional freshers may apply).
- Senior Sales Manager: 3–6 years of experience in B2B Sales, Consulting Sales, Training, or Workshop Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and client meetings.
- Willing to work from the Goregaon East office, 6 days a week.
