Job Description
- Act as the primary contact for clients interested in purchasing fine jewelry
- Research and identify potential new customers through cold calling and networking
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by management
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and assistance with selecting the perfect piece of jewelry
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings
- Attend trade shows and events to showcase the company's products
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis
- Work closely with the design team to customize pieces for clients as needed.
