Job Description
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Develop sales strategies to attract new customers and expand customer base
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions to stay informed on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
- Prepare and submit sales reports as required
- Ensure customer satisfaction before and after sales process
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities
- Assist in managing inventory and pricing decisions
- Participate in company events and promotions.
