Job Description
| Profile : Patient Advisor / Outbound Sales Executive |
| CTC - 15,000- 30,000 per month |
| Working Day - 6 days ( 1 rotational off) |
| Age Criteria - 18-35 years |
| Shift Timings - 9 hours shift (shifts start from 8.00 am/ 10.00 am/ 11.00 am), |
| Responsibilities and Duties: |
| • Identify valid enquiries of patients calling and fix an appointment with our Clinics in India. |
| • Obtains customer information by answering telephone calls; probing them and fix the first consultation. |
| • Ensuring correct information is delivered to patients during their first consultation. |
| • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that they feel supported and value, Convincing Power |
| • Understand caller’s conditions and empathize helping them with appointments. |
| • Informs Patients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information. |
| • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing difficult situations, as needed. |
