Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate
Position Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, leading a sales team, and achieving revenue targets for real estate projects; the role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the market, and the ability to close high-value deals Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct site visits, explain project features, and convert leads into bookings.
  • Handle client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
Lead Management
  • Manage incoming leads from marketing teams, portals, referrals, and channel partners.
  • Track follow-ups using CRM tools and ensure high conversion rates.
Team Leadership
  • Train, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve their KPIs.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
  • Conduct daily sales meetings and weekly review sessions.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and provide documentation support (booking forms, payments, agreements).
Market Research & Strategy
  • Study competitor projects, pricing, and offers to build effective sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to run promotional activities and campaigns.
Channel Partner Management (if applicable)
  • Build and maintain a strong network of brokers and channel partners.
  • Conduct partner meetings, training sessions, and ensure engagement for lead generation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Graduate / MBA preferred.
  • 3–7 years of real estate sales experience (residential/commercial).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure sales targets.
  • Good understanding of local real estate markets.
  • CRM knowledge (Lead Square, Salesforce, NoBroker CRM, etc.).
