Position Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Engineer – Mechanical to join our growing team and help expand our presence in Gujarat. This is a client-facing role involving business development, customer engagement, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and engage with customers to present company solutions and product concepts.
- Understand client requirements and offer appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
- Travel across Gujarat to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Identify and develop new market sectors and dealer networks.
- Lead and guide junior engineers to achieve targets and team goals.
- Manage existing dealer relationships and ensure business growth.
- Achieve sales and performance targets as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Preferably 2+ years of experience in sales within industries such as pharmaceuticals, dyes, or utilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle dealer networks and develop new business opportunities.
- Willingness to travel and learn company products and concepts.
Additional Requirements:
- Candidate must be based in Vadodara.
- Must own a personal vehicle (travel expenses for official visits will be reimbursed).
Compensation:
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
