Job Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide technical solutions
- Collaborate with sales teams to support the development of sales strategies and proposals
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products
- Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process
- Identify opportunities for improvement and growth in customer accounts
- Stay up to date on industry trends and technologies to provide the most relevant solutions to customers
- Travel to customer sites to provide on-site support and market our products
- Create technical documentation and training materials for customers and sales teams
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products
- Work closely with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from customers
