Job Description
- Manage day-to-day operations of retail store
- Responsible for achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Train and develop store staff to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed
- Ensure store compliance with company policies and procedures
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Collaborate with upper management to implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
