Job Description
Title: Retail Sales Executive / Specialist
Company: Kohira Lab Grown Diamonds
Location: Hyderabad
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 + Incentives
Experience Required: 2-5 Years (Jewellery field mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Handling & Sales
- Attend walk-in customers at showroom
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery
- Drive sales and achieve individual targets
2. Product Knowledge
- Explain product features, pricing, and designs
- Stay updated with latest jewellery trends and collections
3. Sales Conversion
- Convert inquiries into purchases effectively
- Upsell and cross-sell products
4. Customer Experience
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Ensure premium showroom experience
5. Billing & Support
- Assist in billing and order processing
- Coordinate with backend team for stock and availability
Key Skills Required
- Experience in jewelry retail sales (mandatory)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Presentable and customer-friendly approach
- Sales-driven mindset
