Job Description
- Manage reservations and bookings for individual customers and corporate clients
- Communicate with clients via email in a professional and timely manner
- Acquire new B2C and corporate clients through effective communication and networking
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in reservation management
- Handle customer queries and concerns related to reservations
- Work closely with the sales team to identify potential business opportunities
- Maintain a database of current and potential clients for future communication
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
