Job Position: Repair & Maintenance Engineer
Location: Neemrana, Rajasthan
Experience: 2–4 Years
CTC: ₹3 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Repair & Maintenance Mechanic to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and reliability of production machinery, equipment, and utility systems.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance activities, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, minimizing machine downtime, and supporting overall plant efficiency. Experience in manufacturing, plastics, or industrial production environments will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Operations
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of production machinery and utility equipment.
- Ensure smooth functioning of machines to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults in manufacturing equipment.
- Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues before breakdowns occur.
- Assist in equipment installation, commissioning, and modifications when required.
Troubleshooting & Repairs
- Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Respond promptly to machine breakdowns and production-related technical issues.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Ensure adherence to maintenance schedules and service plans.
Inventory & Documentation
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, service logs, and repair documentation.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of critical spare parts, consumables, and maintenance supplies.
- Coordinate with procurement and stores teams for timely availability of spare parts.
Safety & Continuous Improvement
- Follow all plant safety regulations, maintenance procedures, and operational standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety.
- Participate in preventive maintenance planning and process optimization activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in maintenance of production machinery, utilities, or manufacturing equipment.
- Experience in plastics manufacturing, industrial production, packaging, automotive, or similar manufacturing environments preferred.
