Recrudo Labs is seeking a Relationship Manager to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs, proposing solutions to meet those needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to problem-solve and think critically. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred. Experience in account management or customer service is a plus. Job Description

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding client accounts by upselling and cross-selling
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver on service level agreements
- Develop and execute strategies for enhancing client engagement and loyalty
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Stay current on industry trends and client needs to inform strategic decision-making
- Meet and exceed sales targets by building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
- Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed
- Act as a brand ambassador for Recrudo Labs at industry events and networking opportunities

1. High Customer service and Customer-conversion Orientation; High initiative 2. Excellent Selling and Persuasion skills with confidence to engage customers. 3. Good Communication skills. 4. Language - English , Regional Language and Hindi desirable 5. Computer literate – Word / Excel / e-mail / Web based system 6. Pleasant & well-groomed personality. 8 Experience  Minimum 1 years of experience in selling loan preferably Home Loan.  Must be earning Incentive in the current organization  Preferably from BFSI/NBFC 9 Qualification Graduate in any Discipline( > 4 yrs experience resources without graduation could be considered) 10 Age &Social Profile 21 -30 years
