- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on insurance products and services
- Monitor client feedback and respond to any issues promptly
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients at all times.
