Job Description
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies throughout the recruitment process
- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates
- Collaborate with HR team to facilitate onboarding and training for new hires
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of recruitment activities
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment processes and practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the recruitment process.
