Brilliant Edu Services is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean and tidy reception area. The Receptionist will also be responsible for receiving and sorting mail, ordering office supplies, and providing general administrative support to staff. Strong communication and customer service skills are a must, as well as the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Job Description

- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff members
- Manage and maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Respond to inquiries and requests from clients and staff members
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for staff members
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and reorder as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of the office.
