Job Description
- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors at the front desk
- Provide information about courses and programs offered at Hamza Education Centre
- Conduct admission counseling sessions to help prospective students make informed decisions
- Utilize accounting knowledge to assist with fee collection and invoice processing
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally and promptly
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students and parents through effective counseling skills
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to address student concerns and provide support
- Conduct educational counseling sessions to guide students in achieving their academic goals
- Keep accurate records of student interactions and update counseling notes as needed
- Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on Tally Education programs and resources.
