Job Description

- Develop and implement quality management strategies and processes
- Oversee the quality control and assurance program to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
- Lead a team of quality control technicians and inspectors
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify trends and root causes of quality issues
- Communicate quality goals and objectives to all levels of the organization
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain high quality standards for materials and components
- Provide training and support to employees on quality management practices
- Serve as a key point of contact for customer quality inquiries and feedback.
