Job Description
Job Role Inspecting of all quality related procedures & Inspection test plan.
Job Description
 Prepare & document test reports as per ITP & GAD.
 Testing of quality of materials, processes & workmanship.
 Maintain quality in accordance with Company Quality System
 Develop, implement, and maintain methods, operation sequence and processes in the fabrication of Instruments, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
 Estimates manufacturing costs, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements.
 Interfaces with engineering team to coordinate the release of instrument improvements and new instruments.
 Evaluates work methods, procedures, participates in the development and maintenance of new and existing production process.
 Determines root cause and corrective action analysis for issues that arise during production planning, manufacturing process, final assembly and testing.
 To work with engineering team on the design and development of test fixtures and coordination of test fixtures sourcing activities.
Desired Profile
 BE / Diploma – Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics
 2-3 years experience in manufacturing Industry.
 Knowledge of field Instrumentation shall be an added advantage.
 Good verbal and written communication (English + Local language)
