Job Description
- Collaborate with the design and manufacturing teams to develop production processes for new products
- Design, implement, and optimize production systems to improve efficiency and quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process
- Ensure that all production activities adhere to safety and quality standards
- Work with vendors and suppliers to source and procure necessary materials and equipment
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements
- Train and mentor production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to incorporate into production processes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall production performance
- Report to the Production Manager and provide regular updates on project status and progress.
