Job Title: Procurement Manager (HR)
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Employment Type: Full-time (Work from Office)
Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (depending on experience)

About the Role
We are looking for an Procurement Manager (HR) to lead hiring and procurement activities. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to source the right people, products, and raw materials at the best value.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
- Source vendors, products, packaging materials, and raw materials.
- Negotiate with candidates, suppliers, and service providers.
- Build and maintain strong vendor and stakeholder relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain hiring and procurement records and documentation.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, procurement, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, organized, and execution-focused.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
