Job Description

Review, create, and evaluate routine purchase requisitions for supplies and services with; ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures; monitor purchasing contracts for renewal. Develop preliminary bid specifications and documents; meet with vendors to discuss and evaluate products and recommend purchases. Maintain inventory stock and records; determine appropriate stock levels; receive and checks in supplies. Track purchase orders and work with vendors on issues and product quality. Provide technical assistance on procurement processes; maintain detailed records and reports. Perform other duties as assigned.
