Job Title: Inbound Voice Process Executive (Night Shift)
Location: Salt Lake, Sector-5, Kolkata
Salary: 13.5K to 17.5K Inhand (Experience-dependent)
Job Type: Full-time, Night Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls in a professional manner, addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding US healthcare.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work night shifts and start immediately.
- No sales or target-oriented experience required.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
