Job Description
- Responsible for managing employee records and maintaining personnel files
- Coordinate with recruitment team to schedule interviews and onboarding process
- Assist in processing payroll and benefits for employees
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and taking minutes
- Communicate with employees regarding HR policies and procedures
- Support HR managers in various tasks and projects
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee databases and update information as needed
- Provide confidential support to employees regarding personal or work-related issues
- Assist with employee performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
