- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Act as a gatekeeper, screening calls and managing emails
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations

- Assist with project management and research tasks
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
