Job Description
- Implement and support Oracle HCM Payroll modules for clients
- Configure Oracle Cloud Payroll to meet client requirements
- Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Payroll solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with Payroll processes
- Conduct training for end users on Oracle HCM Payroll functionality
- Stay updated on new features and updates in Oracle Cloud HCM
- Assist with testing and validation of Payroll system changes
- Develop and maintain documentation for Payroll processes
- Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure alignment of Payroll processes with business needs
