Job Description
- Conduct screening interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for Opt
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent within the OPT field
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to source, screen, and select candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Provide timely and professional communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Negotiate offers with selected candidates and facilitate the hiring process
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of newly hired employees
- Monitor and track recruitment metrics to evaluate the success of recruitment efforts.
