Job Title: Network & CCTV Technician
Location: Rishikesh, Uttarakhand
Experience: 2–4 Years
Salary: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹3 LPA
Preference: Local candidates preferred
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Network & CCTV Technician with hands-on experience in networking infrastructure and CCTV surveillance systems. The ideal candidate should be capable of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting LAN/WAN networks and CCTV systems (HD & IP cameras) while ensuring smooth connectivity and system reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networking infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and access points.
- Perform passive networking tasks including cable laying, crimping, patch panel termination, and rack management.
- Install and configure CCTV systems (HD & IP Cameras).
- Set up DVR/NVR systems and enable remote monitoring.
- Diagnose and resolve network and CCTV connectivity issues.
- Maintain proper cable management and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for installation, maintenance, and upgrades when required.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networking.
- Experience with active networking devices (routers, switches, access points).
- Knowledge of passive networking (UTP cabling, fiber optics, patch panels, I/O termination).
- Hands-on experience in CCTV installation and configuration (HD & IP cameras).
- Basic knowledge of IP addressing, networking protocols, and troubleshooting.
Education:
- Diploma / ITI / Certification in Networking, Hardware, Electronics, or related field preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Candidate must have their own two-wheeler/vehicle for field visits.
- Petrol expenses will be reimbursed by the company as per company policy.
