Job Title: NetSuite ERP Lead (Finance & Implementation)
Location: Mumbai
Work Mode: Work from Office
Salary: Up to ₹25 LPA (Best in Industry)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven NetSuite Implementation Specialist with a strong background in Finance and ERP systems to lead and enhance our NetSuite ecosystem. This role is pivotal in driving end-to-end ERP implementation, optimization, and stabilization across the organization.
You will collaborate closely with Finance, Technology, and Operations teams to streamline processes, ensure accurate financial reporting, and continuously improve system efficiency. If you are passionate about ERP transformation and enjoy solving complex business challenges, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
NetSuite Implementation & Management
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation, rollout, and stabilization initiatives
- Manage system configurations, enhancements, and customizations
- Align ERP workflows with finance and operational processes
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, scripting, and advanced customizations
Finance & Accounting Modules
- Oversee and optimize key modules:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Revenue Recognition
- Financial Reporting & MIS
Project Management Module
- Configure and manage NetSuite Project Management for IT services
- Enable T&M and Fixed Price project workflows:
- Project costing
- Time tracking
- Billing & invoicing
- Profitability analysis
Fixed Assets Management
- Handle asset lifecycle including capitalization, depreciation, and tracking
- Manage IT and infrastructure assets via NetSuite Fixed Assets module
Reporting & Analytics
- Deliver accurate financial reports and MIS dashboards
- Provide actionable insights to leadership for data-driven decision-making
- Continuously enhance reporting frameworks and ERP analytics
Stakeholder & User Support
- Act as a techno-functional bridge between Finance, Tech, and Business teams
- Provide user training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support
- Drive ERP best practices and process improvements organization-wide
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA (Finance) / CA / CA Inter / CMA preferred
- 8–12 years of experience in ERP systems and finance processes
- Strong hands-on experience in NetSuite implementation and support
- Experience in 3–4 full-cycle NetSuite implementations or rollouts
- Solid understanding of IT services business models (T&M and Fixed Price)
