Job Title: Medical Sales Representative

Qualification: B.Com, B.Pharma, B.Sc., B.Tech, MBA
CTC: Up to ₹4.00 LPA + Incentives + PF + TA/DA

Job Overview
The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and market growth within the assigned territory by developing relationships with doctors, retail chemists and other relevant customers.
The role involves product demonstrations, customer education, order generation, secondary sales achievement, market coverage and gathering market intelligence. Candidates with experience in Pharma, Medical Devices, Surgical, Orthotics or related healthcare products will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit doctors and retail chemists in the assigned territory and build strong professional relationships.
- Generate orders from doctors, retailers and other relevant customers.
- Achieve assigned secondary sales targets and contribute to territory growth.
- Demonstrate new products and educate customers on product features, benefits and usage.
- Handle customer queries and escalate unresolved issues to the reporting manager or concerned team.
- Strictly follow the assigned beat plan, daily call process and market coverage schedule.
- Carry appropriate product samples and maintain strong product knowledge to support effective demonstrations.
- Focus on demonstrating and promoting key products across the assigned market.
- Monitor market feedback, competitor activity and customer requirements and share relevant inputs with seniors.
Candidate Profile
- Candidates with 0.6–8 years of relevant field sales experience are eligible.
- Experience in Pharma, Medical Devices, Surgical, Orthotics or related healthcare products will be preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the assigned territory.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned market.
- Good product presentation and demonstration skills.
