Job Description
*Responsibilities:*
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance the visibility and reputation of the dental lab among dental professionals and potential clients.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the client base and market reach.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental lab, ensuring smooth workflow, timely delivery of products, and adherence to quality standards.
- Lead and manage a team of skilled technicians and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and revenue goals, both fixed and variable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, finance, and customer service to streamline processes and optimize overall business performance.
- Stay updated with advancements in dental technology, materials, and practices to ensure the lab remains at the forefront of innovation and quality.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dentistry (BDS or MDS) from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience in marketing and operational management, preferably in the dental industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
- Must be organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
