Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Establishing a broad base of regular clients by providing high levels of customer service

• Execute targeted B2B marketing for retailer/distributor partnerships.

• Drive B2B sales through lead generation programs.

• Manage tailored marketing collateral for B2B clients.

• Research B2B jewelry market trends and demands.

• Align marketing with B2B customer acquisition goals.

• Enhance B2B presence through trade shows and events.

• Oversee B2B digital marketing campaigns (email, social media).

• Analyze B2B market data to adjust marketing strategies.

• Provide senior management with strategic insights on B2B growth opportunities.

• Manage, Build & Lead Team of Sales Executives

• Lead and Coach Executives thought different Sales & Marketing Activities to achieve targeted Sales Revenue

Experience: 5 years +

Qualification: Graduation & Post Graduation.

• Knowledge of B2B Gold Jewelry Industry.

• Experience in B2B Sales in jewellery industry

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Market Research and forecasting trends.
